About the project
Yapily’s rebrand project was led by external agency MultiAdaptor. In close collaboration with the MultiAdaptor team creative direction was provided with an oversight on all project deliverables. Then creating all rollout material for the launch, including the website, brand guidelines, social media assets, Google templates, iconography, and swag. The rebrand was successfully unveiled at the Open Banking Expo, resulting in a 24% increase in brand searches and a significant rise in Yapily’s share of voice.
Post-launch, collaboration with the in-house Content and Demand Generation teams led to the development of a marketing strategy aimed at positioning Yapily as an industry leader. This resulted in LinkedIn engagement surging by 110%. Cold and retargeted ads underwent testing to optimise impressions, achieving best-in-class CTR rates of over 0.4% and over 1%, respectively. A focus on high-engagement resources also led to a 54% increase in resource downloads.
